As the coordinator for a think tank which happens to operate online, I am constantly speaking with innovators, inventors, and creative geniuses with regards to their ideas and latest new concepts. Now then, I will admit a few of these concepts are absolutely ridiculous, and completely laughable, but others do make lots of sense, and many of them might even change the way we live. Often they solve the situation within our society or civilization, or they make an organization better, or make our lives little easier.
They are saying that; “necessity is definitely the mother of invention,” and there may well be a great level of truth to that, at least from my very own observations and experiences. And every time we appear to have an issue, someone comes plus a solution, as well as an invention or innovation to visit along with it. However, before they are able to take their invention towards the marketplace, they need to go and get Inventhelp Invention Prototypes. It’s amazing just how much it costs to have a genuine patent filed, to do the patent search, to fill in all of the paperwork, and then you must wait.
We hear a great deal in our society about “winning the future” and every one of that seems to strike a chord with America, we are saying yes, we want to progress mankind, we want our nation to be on the leading edge while we go into the future, and we want our innovators, entrepreneurs, and inventors to travel out there and complete the work. Yes, that’s a noble calling, and i also feel that Americans are able to answer that call. But it’s just ludicrous, and insane for all of us so they are jump through so many hoops, and to generate thousands of dollars to submit a patent, that cash may be used designing their first prototype inside their garage.
It seems like society is busy crushing small enterprise entrepreneur, and taking part in crony capitalism at no cost political war chest credits through large corporate lobbyists. Our company is doing everything on earth to crush the tiny guy, and then our company is asking that middle class, those producers to pay more in taxes. Have you been kidding me? Apparently not! We have been triggered believe that that’s the best way to move our nation forward. I would say for you America – that it’s not.
Last month I read an extremely interesting article within the LA times, within the business section on July 11, 2011. The content was titled; “Patent Bill Creates Worry for Independent Inventors – US Legislation Would Change the System to Paper Those First to submit Ideas,” by Cynthia’s Zwhalen. The article noted the average patent took 33.9 months to achieve, and that the Ideas For Inventions and Trademark Office has a backlog as of May 2011 of 703,000, 175.
Those statistics are usually scary, much more scary than the cost to submit a concept patent, once you obtain done with the drawings, the patent search, the patent attorneys, and the filing fees – basically, you’re easily looking at between 15,000 to 25,000 dollars. With no patent someone will just rip you off, steal your idea, and mass produce it in China and after that sell it off worldwide. It doesn’t make sense to participate in in a game which is rigged.
Worse, we have a terrible downside to intellectual property being stolen from Americans. And in case our company is to win the future, we have to protect ourselves, and we need some tea, as well as a little assistance from the government to travel on the market and assist us. When you file a patent, it doesn’t mean anything, you still have to guard yourself, and hire lawyers to visit after anybody who attempts to rip it off, which costs much more than filing a patent.
In addition to the reality that when a Corporation has somehow violated Famous Inventors, they might run you out of cash, simply because they have in-house lawyers, until you finally have to give up. That simply adds insult to trouble for the nearly three years it took to get your patent, and all the price you’ve already set up front. The world needs these inventions and innovations now, not only for alternative energy, new transportation devices, and products and services which can be safer for your environment, but we need that tznwus businesses can get started, and start hiring Americans, and get people to work.
The federal government says it’s working on the problem, and perhaps it thinks it really is, however, when I think back and scan the last decade, all I see are all the difficulties that they’ve designed with a massive bureaucracy which has gotten us for this point, rather than put us inside the driver’s seat, to start with. I would personally submit to you that everything most of these gentlemen are doing to fix the problem, isn’t working, and that we would have been better off without the of it, we need to have saved the amount of money. Please consider all of this and think into it.
